Our RE VE$TT Sub-division Homes is the start to build middle class sectors in a cultural way that has never been done before. With this grass-roots program, we're trying to do what the banks won't do! Even though it's illegal, banks are still redlining areas in the proverty stricken areas where they refuse to give loans to poor families or people of color.
